Survey to study common diseases seen by practitioners

The Centre
for Evidence-based Veterinary Medicine (CEVM) is based at the School of
Veterinary Medicine and Science at the University of Nottingham. They are
currently doing a survey to identify the common disease conditions or clinical
signs seen by veterinarians performing clinical work.

They search
for veterinarians to complete this survey. Depending on the type of veterinary
work you do, the questionnaire should take between 10 and 30 minutes to
complete. All responses will be fully anonymised and no individual person will
be identifiable.
