Vetjoy is a joint initiative from FVE, FECAVA and IVSA, funded by Zoetis company and Zoetis foundation. Since 2024, Vetjoy is offering annually Great Veterinary Workplace Awards, with the support of Zoetis Inc.
These awards are meant to recognise workplaces that offer outstanding working conditions and promote the well-being of their employees. These awards are given annually, and applications open during spring. After the successful inaugural Great Veterinary Workplace Award in 2024, we are pleased to announce the 2025 edition of this initiative!

Then it’s time to showcase what makes your work environment stand out! Our Annual Award for ‘Great Veterinary Workplace’ is your chance to shine and be recognised for your commitment to excellence. The Great Veterinary Workplace 2025 award celebrates clinical and non-clinical veterinary workplaces in Europe that prioritise mental well-being, professional growth, and a positive work environment.

The Great Veterinary Workplace Award has four categories:
- Small/medium clinical workplace (0-15 employees)
- Large clinical workplace (> 15 employees)
- Small/medium non-clinical workplace (0-15 employees)
- Large non-clinical workplace (> 15 employees)
The four winners will each receive 500€ for their teams.
Whether you work in a clinical place or not, whether your team is composed with only veterinarians or not, whether your place of employment is small or big, you can apply to our Great Veterinary Workplace Award!
