That’s why we have relaunched the dedicated mentor coaching in 2026! To help new mentors to grow in their role and support future mentees more effectively.

Whether you’re an experienced mentor or just starting out, this coaching will give you tools to tackle some of the most common challenges mentees face and how to guide them with confidence and care.

We are pleased to announce that in September 2026 the VetJoy Mentorship Programme will be available for French, Spanish and Polish cohorts!
