There are some charities that have unregulated working, and the local veterinary authorities or communities did not participate on their activities. The paper passed by the FVE General Assembly sees it as a potential danger for both the volunteers and the animals. Such behaviour is also disrespectful to the local colleagues, since volunteer activities should be carried by local veterinarians.
