FVE together with Copa-Cogeca sent a letter to the chief editor of the Economist, calling them to correct false presented information on their article “Many European farmers still give their animals too many antibiotics” (date of publication 2 February 2022). The article included an incorrect graphs and referred to a recent report released by EPHA (FVE reply to EPHA), the European Public Health Alliance containing some misleading information.
FVE together with EPRUMA plans to meet with EPHA representatives and the author soon suggests appropriate corrections.
