The Federation of Veterinarians of Europe (FVE) welcomes the delegated act on rules for the prevention and control of certain listed diseases. FVE also especially welcomes that the proposed legislation sufficiently stressed the importance and the role of Official Veterinarians and at the same time provide sufficient flexibility and derogations. There are, however, some missing aspects commented on the report.
